What you can and cannot send through NorthRelay
Permitted Use
NorthRelay is designed for transactional email - messages triggered by user actions:
- Account notifications
- Password resets
- Order confirmations
- Shipping updates
- Two-factor authentication codes
Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Purchased or rented email lists
- Phishing or fraudulent content
- Malware distribution
- Illegal content
Spam Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Accounts found sending spam will be immediately suspended without refund.
Enforcement
Violations result in:
- First offense: Warning and temporary rate limit
- Second offense: 24-hour suspension
- Third offense: Permanent account termination
